Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet.

With 43" Freeview Smart TV, DVD player, PlayStation 3, bluetooth speaker and Patio doors leading to a South facing balcony.
Kitchen area: Well equipped kitchen, with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Utility cupboard- With Iron and ironing board, airer, travel cot, highchair, selection of games and puzzles, folding bistro table and chairs, 2 zero gravity chairs, bodyboards, beach toys, cool box, windbreak, beach shelter. All for guest use, all we ask is that these are returned to the cupboard, as they were found after use thank you 😊
Gas central heating, gas hob electric oven, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Private parking for 1 car, with additional free parking along Pentire Avenue and paid parking at Pentire Headland car park approximately 500m away.
Strictly no smoking or vaping within the property or communal areas. Sorry no pets.
We also provide a welcome pack comprising, various bin bags, J-cloth, sponge scourer, dishwasher tablets. Also a pint of milk, sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and Cornish biscuits or other seasonal treat.
Please note: Couples (over 25) and family bookings only. A security deposit of £100 is payable by bank transfer or cheque 2 weeks prior to arrival. An email will be sent with details to enable payment, which will be returned within 48 hrs of departure if no damages reported. On receipt of the security deposit our welcome email will be sent with entry details and helpful information to get your holiday started.
A security camera is sited in the hall entry area. This is strictly for use out of season, when there are no guests and the property is unoccupied for longer periods.
